Job Title: ServiceNow Developer / Builder (Contract) Job ID: 26-01460 Location: Remote Duration: 12 months of contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on ServiceNow Developer to design, configure, and develop workflows, ITSM modules, and reporting solutions. The role focuses on platform development, process automation, and building dashboards to support IT and healthcare operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop workflows, forms, and Service Catalog items
Configure ITSM modules (Incident, Request, Problem, Change)
Build reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
Develop scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Flow Designer
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
Troubleshoot issues and optimize platform performance

Requirements:

3+ years of ServiceNow development experience
Strong experience with ITSM modules and Service Catalog
Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts
Strong reporting and dashboard development skills

Preferred:

Experience in healthcare or large enterprise environments
Advanced ServiceNow analytics and reporting experience

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this position is between $78.00-$85.00 per hour.
