Organizational Change Communication Consultant

Description

We are looking for a skilled Organizational Change Communication Consultant to join our remote team. This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while working with a dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in networking systems and communication strategies.

Responsibilities:

Configure and maintain Cisco routers and networking equipment to ensure optimal system performance.

Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto Firewalls to guarantee secure and efficient network operations.

Implement and oversee Cisco ASA security solutions to protect organizational assets.

Utilize Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) to optimize routing and enhance data transmission.

Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective communication strategies for organizational change.

Conduct system audits and provide recommendations for improvements in network infrastructure.

Analyze network performance and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.

Develop comprehensive documentation and reports to support change initiatives and technical processes.

Provide guidance and training to team members on new networking tools and systems.

Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure innovative solutions.

Requirements

Proven experience with Cisco routers and networking systems.
Hands-on expertise in configuring and managing Palo Alto Firewalls.
Strong knowledge of Cisco ASA security solutions.
Familiarity with Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) and its implementation.
Excellent communication skills with a track record of managing organizational change.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex network issues.
Proficiency in creating technical documentation and process guidelines.
Commitment to staying informed about advancements in networking technologies.
