Key Responsibilities

Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
Develop and execute OCM plans, communication strategies, and adoption programs.
Drive stakeholder engagement and user readiness activities.
Create training and communication materials.
Monitor adoption, resistance management, and change effectiveness.
Partner with business and project teams to ensure successful transformation outcomes.
