  • Previous experience supporting IBM or large consulting-led transformation programs

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
  • Develop and execute OCM plans, communication strategies, and adoption programs.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and user readiness activities.
  • Create training and communication materials.
  • Monitor adoption, resistance management, and change effectiveness.
  • Partner with business and project teams to ensure successful transformation outcomes.
