  • 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM)
  • Strong experience in Change Impact Assessments
  • Expertise in Stakeholder Management & Engagement
  • Experience developing and executing Change Management Strategies
  • Strong background in Communication Planning & Execution
  • Experience in Training Strategy, User Readiness & Adoption
  • Knowledge of Prosci ADKAR Methodology or similar OCM frameworks
  • Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation or ERP implementations
  • Strong workshop facilitation and executive communication skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams
     

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the Industrial, Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, or Oil & Gas sector
  • Experience working on SAP, Oracle, ERP, or Enterprise Transformation projects
  • Previous experience supporting IBM or large consulting-led transformation programs

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
  • Develop and execute OCM plans, communication strategies, and adoption programs.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and user readiness activities.
  • Create training and communication materials.
  • Monitor adoption, resistance management, and change effectiveness.
  • Partner with business and project teams to ensure successful transformation outcomes.
