Job Title: Technical Business Analyst with Tulip software Location: Remote Duration: 12+ months

Job Description:

Coordinate with Product Teams to drive the product roadmap with new innovations.
Supports Product Team in production & implementation of Workplace/Comms products.
New Feature Requests - Experimentation, Testing, Roll Out, Hand Over to Service Teams. System Upgrades - Guiding On-the-ground facilities Team on enabling actions. Provide Tulip software support for any major product related issues.
Documentation on solutions/build/upkeep of existing KB articles, Run Books
Oversee the provisioning/deployment of solutions. Provide technical consultation as needed throughout a project deployment.
Ensures implementations are standard, operationally scalable and aligned to service strategy & direction.
Ensures project processes are standard, scalable, transparent, relevant, communicated and documented. Analyse loT data to extract meaningful insights and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
Develop data models and analytics strategies and dashboards to support loT initiatives.
New requirement business analyst with mes and tulip
Experience in supporting Tulip software globally.
8+ years hands on experience in configuration, customization, and deployment.
Should be able to build packages used for deployment.
Hands on experience implementing interfaces with enterprise applications.

Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
