Business Process Analyst (SAP)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Process Analyst (SAP) in San Marcos, TX.

Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated SAP Business Process Analyst to join their IT team. This individual will play a key role as a business partner, supporting the stability, compliance, and continuous improvement of Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP) within SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

This role is critical to optimizing supply chain and manufacturing operations while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. While the primary focus is on procure-to-pay and make-to-stock/make-to-order processes, the position will also provide secondary support across Sales and Finance functions to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day SAP support for Procurement (MM) and Production (PP) teams
* Maintain master data and optimize MRP processes for operational efficiency
* Identify and implement standard SAP functionality to reduce manual workarounds
* Support Sales (SD) and Finance (FI/CO) integration as needed
* Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, and change management processes
* Assist with audits, documentation, training, and UAT for system updates

REQUIREMENTS:
* 3-5 years of SAP experience (S/4HANA required; Public Cloud preferred)
* Strong expertise in MM and PP; working knowledge of SD and FI/CO
* Experience with SOX compliance and ITcontrols
* Strong documentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
