SAP Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a SAP Business Analyst in San Antonio, TX.

Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented SAP Business Analyst to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA and Ariba implementation. This role requires strong expertise across multiple business workstreams and associated SAP modules.

The program includes several core workstreams, such as:
* Source-to-Pay (S2P)
* Order-to-Cash (O2C)
* Hire-to-Retire (H2R)
* Budget-to-Report (B2R)
* Acquire-to-Retire (A2R)

Each Business Analyst will primarily support one workstream while providing backup support to another. Current needs are focused on S2P, O2C, and A2R. This individual will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, mapping business processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and SAP solutions. The role also requires strong communication skills, including the ability to present to executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Gather and document business and functional requirements for SAP S/4HANA financial modules
* Facilitate workshops, map business processes, and ensure alignment with SAP capabilities
* Develop requirements artifacts (process flows, user stories, traceability matrix)
* Support and lead testing efforts (SIT, UAT, regression), including test scripts and defect tracking
* Collaborate with stakeholders and provide regular project updates, risks, and status
* Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
* Experience as an SAP Business Analyst, preferably with S/4HANA financial implementations
* Strong understanding of finance-related business processes (e.g., procurement, supply chain)
* Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and testing (UAT/SIT)
* Experience with SAP financial modules (e.g., SAP Finance, MM, SD)
* Knowledge of data migration processes and data integrity best practices
* Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology
* Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Excel dashboards, pivot tables, and data analysis)
* Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong facilitation and communication skills including the ability to work with executive stakeholders
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
* High attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong stakeholder management and collaboration capabilities
* Exposure to SAP S/4HANA financial modules preferred
* Familiarity with Agile and SAP Activate methodology is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
