RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX seeking a BSA Analyst. Candidates must reside within Texas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor daily transactions and alerts to identify suspicious activity and potential fraud patterns
* Investigate and document unusual or high-risk activity, including preparing detailed case narratives
* Review and validate alerts generated by transaction monitoring systems and determine appropriate disposition
* Prepare and file regulatory reports such as Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) and Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) within required deadlines
* Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews, especially for high-risk accounts
* Monitor Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) alerts and escalate potential matches
* Maintain accurate and complete case documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal standards
* Assist in maintaining and enhancing BSA/AML policies, procedures, and compliance programs
* Support audits, regulatory exams, and requests from law enforcement or internal stakeholders
* Stay current on BSA/AML regulations, industry trends, and emerging financial crime risks
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* 1-3+ years of experience in BSA/AML, compliance, fraud, or financial crimes
* Strong understanding of BSA/AML regulations, including SAR, CTR, CIP, CDD, and OFAC requirements
* Experience working with transaction monitoring or AML systems preferred
* CAMS or equivalent certification (preferred)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
