Job DetailsWe are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and culturally fluent Marketing Manager to lead brand campaigns, product launches, marketing calendars, and cross-functional execution across our growing portfolio of brands and clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, founder-led environments and understands how to blend creative storytelling with operational execution. You will partner closely with leadership, creative teams, merchandising, social, and external partners to bring campaigns and launches to life from concept through execution.
The ideal candidate deeply understands social-first marketing, Latina/o consumer culture, beauty and lifestyle trends, and how to build culturally resonant campaigns that drive engagement and brand growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and execute 360 marketing campaigns across product launches, promotions, retail moments, and seasonal initiatives
- Own the marketing and creative calendar, ensuring alignment across social, email, merchandising, inventory, and launch timelines
- Develop strategic campaign concepts, messaging, and storytelling that align with brand identity and audience engagement goals
- Partner cross-functionally with creative, operations, production, inventory, and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless execution
- Support and oversee launch strategy for beauty, skincare, accessories, and retail initiatives, including major retailer partnerships
- Drive social-first marketing initiatives with a strong understanding of influencer culture, digital trends, and community engagement
- Write and refine culturally relevant copy across campaigns, launches, social content, email marketing, and promotional assets
- Audit and optimize current marketing systems, workflows, and campaign processes to improve efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with founders and leadership teams in a highly entrepreneurial and evolving environment
- Analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for optimization, and help shape future marketing strategies
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, creative marketing, growth marketing, or integrated campaign management
- Strong background in beauty, skincare, fashion, accessories, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Deep understanding of social-first marketing and digital brand storytelling
- Experience leading product launches and integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution
- Strong copywriting and creative communication skills with the ability to develop compelling campaign messaging
- Fluent or highly proficient Spanish speaker, with comfort navigating Mexican and/or Los Angeles cultural slang and writing naturally in Spanglish when appropriate
- Deep fluency in Latina/o cultural references, trends, aesthetics, and community touchpoints through lived experience, professional experience, or sustained cultural engagement
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing marketing calendars, timelines, and cross-functional priorities
- Comfortable working directly with founders, receiving direct feedback, and navigating evolving priorities with confidence and professionalism
- Creative thinker with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with influencer-led, DTC, or founder-led brands
- Background supporting retail launches and merchandising initiatives
- Experience in both strategic marketing and creative campaign development
- Familiarity with beauty and lifestyle consumer behavior and trend cycles
- Agency experience or experience supporting multiple brands/campaigns simultaneously
