Job DescriptionAs Director of Brand, US, you will own the end-to-end brand vision and execution for the American market, reporting into the Global Head of Brand Marketing.Key responsibilities include:
- Building and owning the US brand strategy roadmap, balancing long-term positioning with near-term impact
- Leading creative development for major campaigns, brand IPs, partnerships, and storytelling moments
- Translating cultural insight, data, and intuition into narratives that resonate with Gen Z and Millennial audiences
- Partnering closely with content, growth, product, and media teams to launch integrated, high-impact campaigns
- Defining and evolving brand voice, tone, and creative guidelines across channels and partners
- Identifying and unlocking influencer, creator, media, and platform collaborations
- Running test-and-learn sprints to continuously refine brand performance and effectiveness
- Establishing clear success metrics across awareness, consideration, engagement, and earned media impact

The Successful ApplicantYou are a senior brand leader with experience building culturally relevant brands in entertainment, media, gaming, or consumer tech.You bring:
- Proven experience operating in greenfield or early-stage brand environments with a builder's mindset
- Deep fluency in US consumer culture, media behaviour, and entertainment trends
- A track record of creating brand platforms and campaigns from scratch, not just optimising at scale
- Confidence leading cross-functional stakeholders and holding a clear strategic point of view
- Strong creative judgement, with agency experience a significant advantage
- Comfort starting as an individual contributor while laying the foundations for future team growth
What's on OfferTitle: Director of Brand, US
Location: Hybrid - Culver City, Los Angeles (3 days per week)
Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 base
