Job Description
- Lead and execute integrated marketing communications strategies across North America, ensuring alignment with global brand objectives while adapting campaigns for regional market needs.
- Develop and deliver trade-focused marketing campaigns spanning B2C and B2B channels, including digital, print, social media, PR, events, promotions, and retail programs.
- Oversee regional sell-out campaigns for both core brands and all major product categories, collaborating closely with sales and product teams to support commercial performance.
- Manage relationships with creative, media, and digital agencies to ensure high-quality, on-brand execution across all channels.
- Act as the primary liaison between global marketing teams and North American stakeholders to ensure consistent brand governance and effective local execution.
- Lead marketing communications support for product launches, promotions, retail initiatives, and dealer programs across the U.S. and Canada.
- Ensure consistent brand and design standards across all touchpoints, including web, email, events, point-of-sale materials, and retailer communications.
- Own and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual MarCom budgets, tracking spend and ROI against defined KPIs.
- Monitor campaign performance through analytics and reporting, providing insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Manager - Marketing Communications should have:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing communications, with a strong focus on B2B and trade marketing.
- Proven success leading integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and regions.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Experience adapting global brand strategies to local market requirements.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical skills and experience using marketing performance metrics.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing, web analytics, and tools such as Google AdWords.
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Fluency in English; SAP experience is a plus.
