Job Summary
As a Junior Consultant - AI Administration and Governance, you will support the day?to?day administration and execution of AI governance activities across the organization. The role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and adherence to AI governance frameworks through close collaboration with model owners, project teams, and governance forums. This position is ideal for professionals with strong analytical thinking, regulatory exposure, and project coordination skills who are eager to grow within AI governance and risk management domains.
Key Responsibilities
AI Governance & Administration
Support the daily operations of the AI Governance Forum, including documentation, coordination, and follow?ups.
Assist in the development, maintenance, and documentation of AI governance policies, standards, and procedures.
Monitor AI model lifecycle compliance with internal governance frameworks and regulatory expectations.
Regulatory & Audit Support
Provide support during regulatory reviews, internal audits, and compliance assessments related to AI and model governance.
Work closely with model owners and execution teams to address governance gaps and testing issues.
Help ensure audit?ready documentation and evidence for AI systems.
Cross?Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with model development teams, data science teams, and project execution teams to ensure governance alignment.
Act as a coordination point between AI governance stakeholders and delivery teams.
Project & Process Support
Support AI governance initiatives through effective project tracking, reporting, and issue resolution.
Conduct research and analysis on emerging AI regulations, governance trends, and best practices.
Recommend process improvements to strengthen AI risk management and governance capabilities.
Communication & Reporting
Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and governance committees.
Confidently present findings, risks, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
