Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

Location:2 N. Meridian St.\nIndianapolis, IN 46204

We are seeking a Cancer Registry Administrator to join our team on a full-time contract basis. This role reports to the Cancer Registry Director and supports the collection, management, and reporting of cancer data across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

• File and manage incoming cancer data reports from healthcare facilities.
• Conduct death clearance follow-back and support registry data requests.
• Maintain and update healthcare facility contact information in SEER*DMS and Web Plus.
• Assist in developing and updating registry policies, procedures, and SOPs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CTR (Certified Tumor Registrar) or Oncology Data Specialist certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare data management or administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams) and ability to learn new software.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
