12+ years of overall IT experience with strong project or program management background.
7+ years of experience delivering Guidewire implementations.
Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter projects.
Strong understanding of P&C Insurance domain.
Experience managing large distributed teams and complex enterprise programs.
Strong experience in Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies.
Expertise in stakeholder management and executive communication.
Experience managing project budgets, delivery schedules, and resource planning.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
