Key Responsibilities
Lead technical design and development of Guidewire applications (PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter).
Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices.
Design and implement integrations with external systems using APIs, REST/SOAP services, and messaging frameworks.
Work closely with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Review code, configurations, and technical designs to maintain quality standards.
Support system integration, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues during development and implementation phases.
Required Skills
12+ years of IT experience with strong development background.
5+ years of Guidewire experience (PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter / BillingCenter).
Strong knowledge of Gosu, Guidewire Studio, and Guidewire configuration.
Experience with Guidewire integrations, APIs, and messaging systems.
Solid understanding of P&C Insurance domain processes.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications ⭐
Guidewire certification (PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter).
Experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP).
Experience leading Guidewire implementation teams.
