Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and review of existing processes and systems.
- Design and recommend Oracle Retail solutions aligned with business requirements, including merchandising, pricing, and invoice management capabilities.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout solution implementation, testing, validation, and issue resolution.
- Develop functional documentation and provide training and application support to help users effectively adopt Oracle Retail solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
10+ years of experience in Oracle Retail functional analysis, business systems analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and implementation.

Technical Skills

Oracle Cloud Retail, Retail Price Management, Oracle Retail Merchandising, Oracle Retail Invoice Matching, Requirements Analysis, Functional Testing, Business Systems Analysis
