We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional who is passionate about manufacturing and enjoys the challenge of working with complex machinery. As a CNC Programmer, you will play a crucial role in driving our production processes and maintaining our high standards of quality. You will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to create precision parts and instruments.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement CNC programs for various machines using Mastercam.
2. Perform precision measurements using appropriate tools to ensure products meet exact specifications.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines and programs quickly and efficiently.
4. Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or sample parts to determine the best sequence of operations.
5. Monitor output to ensure that production meets quality standards and specifications.
6. Provide technical support and training to machine operators and other staff as required.
7. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company policies and safety regulations.
8. Continually seek ways to improve processes, increase efficiency, and reduce waste.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a manufacturing setting.
2. Proficiency in Mastercam or equivalent CAM software.
3. Solid knowledge of precision measurement tools and techniques.
4. Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
5. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
10. High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a relevant field or a CNC programming certification would be a plus.
