Role Overview
We are seeking experienced Salesforce Developers with strong hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidates will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura Components
- Customize and configure Sales Cloud / Service Cloud features
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Develop Flows (Record-triggered, Screen, Autolaunched)
- Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
- Optimize performance and ensure scalability of applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environment
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Apex, LWC, Aura Components
- Hands-on experience with:
- Sales Cloud (for Sales roles)
- Service Cloud (for Service roles)
- Experience with SOQL/SOSL
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model
- Experience in API integrations
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and deployment processes
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience with Omni-Channel, CTI integrations (for Service Cloud roles)
- Salesforce certifications are a plus
