Role Summary

Lead the design and development of scalable Salesforce solutions, driving CRM innovation and business process automation.

Key Focus Areas

Development: Build with Apex, LWC, Aura, Flows, and Visualforce; integrate via REST APIs.
Architecture: Design robust, reusable solutions; reduce technical debt.
Leadership: Mentor developers; ensure code quality and best practices.
Optimization: Enhance performance, automate processes, and support DevOps.
Collaboration: Partner with global teams to align solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

7+ years Salesforce experience
Expert in Apex, LWC, Salesforce Clouds
Strong API and integration skills
Required: Platform Dev II, Community, Service Cloud, JavaScript certs
Preferred: Architect certifications
Bachelor’s in CS or related field (Master’s preferred)
