Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager to support enterprise DevSecOps and Cloud Infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead Agile delivery efforts, coordinate cross-functional technical teams, and drive successful implementation of secure CI/CD pipeline practices across cloud-based platforms.

This role will work closely with Cloud Platform Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and Application Development teams to improve delivery efficiency, reduce deployment risk, and standardize release management processes within enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Agile & Scrum Leadership

• Serve as Scrum Master for platform engineering and application delivery teams
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:
  • Sprint Planning
  • Daily Stand-Ups
  • Backlog Refinement
  • Sprint Reviews
  • Retrospectives
• Drive Agile best practices and ensure consistent Scrum execution across teams
• Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics

Technical Project Management

• Lead end-to-end delivery of DevSecOps and CI/CD initiatives
• Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
• Coordinate activities across engineering, infrastructure, security, and operations teams
• Develop project plans, status reports, and executive-level updates
• Ensure timely resolution of blockers and escalations

DevSecOps & CI/CD Coordination

• Support implementation and adoption of standardized CI/CD pipelines
• Coordinate secure-by-default development and deployment practices
• Align Agile workflows with automated security and compliance checks
• Work with Cloud Platform teams to improve deployment automation and release efficiency
• Support release planning, deployment readiness, and post-production validation

Stakeholder & Cross-Team Collaboration

• Partner with Cloud Platform Engineering leadership to convert strategic initiatives into actionable sprint goals
• Serve as the primary coordination point between platform engineering and application teams
• Ensure delivery priorities remain aligned with enterprise objectives
• Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required
• Strong experience as a Scrum Master and/or Technical Project Manager in enterprise environments
• Hands-on experience supporting DevSecOps and CI/CD delivery initiatives
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum projects in cloud environments
• Strong understanding of release management and deployment governance
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Technical Experience

• Azure Cloud environments
• DevSecOps methodologies and secure SDLC practices
• CI/CD tools and deployment automation
• Infrastructure-as-Code collaboration (Terraform preferred)
• Jira and/or Azure DevOps
• SAFe Agile delivery methodology
