Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Review third-party due diligence screening reports and identify potential issues based on risk criteria and applicable regulations.
  • Support global regulatory compliance initiatives with a primary focus on third-party due diligence activities.
  • Conduct research and analysis on regulatory and compliance-related matters.
  • Support anti-corruption compliance program initiatives and related risk assessments.
  • Work independently on multiple initiatives and standalone projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to drive compliance objectives.
  • Define, track, and measure project success criteria while ensuring positive outcomes.
  • Analyze findings and document compliance-related observations and recommendations.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of related compliance, regulatory, risk, or due diligence experience.
  • Experience reviewing third-party due diligence screening reports and evaluating potential risk factors.
  • Experience supporting anti-corruption or business conduct compliance programs.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities, particularly related to regulatory matters.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and balance competing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience conducting due diligence research.
  • Familiarity with compliance systems and compliance documentation processes.
  • Experience supporting global compliance programs.
  • Exposure to third-party risk management or vendor due diligence programs.
