Role Overview
The Business Analyst acts as the bridge between business, product, and technical teams to ensure clear requirements and smooth delivery. This role focuses on understanding business needs and translating them into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions
Convert requirements into user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria
Support Agile activities like backlog grooming and sprint planning
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Architects during delivery
Clarify requirements during development and testing
Support UAT and coordinate with business users
Maintain documentation (user stories, process flows, data mappings) and ensure traceability
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve gaps and align expectations

Required Skills

Strong BA experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Hands-on experience with user stories and Jira
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders

Preferred Experience

CPQ platforms (e.g., Oracle CPQ)
Understanding of APIs, integrations, and data flows
Experience in Q2C/O2C domains or large enterprise implementations

Soft Skills

Strong ownership and attention to detail
Proactive, collaborative, and delivery-focused
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
