Core Banking Technical Owner to lead and own the end-to-end Core Banking technology landscape. This role requires a seasoned technology leader with deep expertise in Java Full Stack, Spring Boot, Kafka, Microservices, and AWS, along with prior exposure to leading Core Banking solutions.The ideal candidate will act as the single point of technical ownership for the Core Banking platform, driving architecture strategy, system design, scalability, modernization, and enterprise integration.Role OverviewAs the Core Banking Technical Owner, you will be responsible for defining and governing the overall architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, and driving innovation across the Core Banking ecosystem. You will lead cross-functional teams, influence architectural decisions, and ensure scalable, resilient, and future-ready banking solutions. Required Skills & Experience 14+ years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack DevelopmentStrong expertise in Java 11+, Spring Boot, and Spring FrameworkExperience with frontend technologies such as Angular or ReactProven experience designing and implementing Microservices-based architecturesStrong hands-on expertise in Apache Kafka for event-driven and real-time processing systemSolid experience with AWS services – EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, Glue, IAM, CloudWatchExtensive experience in designing and building RESTful APIs and enterprise integrationsExperience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestrationStrong database expertise across SQL and NoSQL technologiesPrior exposure to Core Banking platforms (TM Vault / Finacle / T24 / Flexcube or similar)Strong understanding of high-volume transactional systems and distributed architecturesProven experience leading offshore and onshore teams in a technical leadership capacityBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related fieldKey ResponsibilitiesOwn and define the end-to-end architecture of the Core Banking solutionAct as the Technology Owner for Core Banking applications across all environmentsDesign scalable, secure, and resilient systems using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and AWSDefine architectural standards, governance models, and best practicesDrive modernization initiatives and cloud adoption strategiesLead solution design discussions
