We''''re looking for a hands-on technical support professional to provide face-to-face support in a walk-up technology support center. This position focuses on helping users solve hardware, software, account access, and device-related issues while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
What You''''ll Do
• Provide walk-up technical support for employees
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and mobile device issues
• Diagnose hardware, software, and peripheral problems
• Configure and deploy laptops, monitors, headsets, and related equipment
• Assist users with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and productivity tools
• Support device refreshes, imaging, and inventory management
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-visibility support environment
