AML Lead

Position: AML Lead
Location: Lake Nona, Orlando, FL 32827 - onsite
Duration: 12 months + high possible conversion
Pay Range: $120,000 - $130,000 per annum

Core responsibilities:

• Day-to-day performance management and workload allocation for the analyst pod.


• Active, side-by-side coaching, mentoring, and delivery support.


• First-line escalation for operational and technical delivery issues.


• AML experience: Strong AML domain experience is required.


• Relevant backgrounds would typically include banks, investment companies, insurance companies, consulting firms, delivery centers or similar operations environments.


• People management: Previous people management experience is required.
