Job Title: Sr. Functional Test Coordinator
Location: Atlanta GA Hybrid

Role Overview:
Experienced QA professional responsible for leading functional testing activities, defining test strategies, and ensuring quality delivery across releases in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement test strategy for releases
Review and validate test plans and test cases prepared by the QA team
Provide effort estimation for testing activities
Participate in sprint planning and Agile ceremonies
Monitor and manage application quality metrics and KPIs
Track and report QE (Quality Engineering) progress, risks, and issues to leadership
Coordinate with offshore teams for progress tracking and knowledge transfer
Ensure adoption of best testing practices and standards
Identify, reproduce, and report defects effectively
Track overall test execution progress and ensure timely delivery

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Functional Testing / QA Coordination
Good understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
Expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage onsite-offshore coordination
