Role: Project Manager/Test Manager

Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid 2 to 3 days)

Contract

Rate: $55/hr on C2C

Project Manager with Banking Experience with Conversion/Migration.

Key Responsibilities:

Acts as a point of contact for communication and escalation
Understand business objectives and align it with the test requirements
Work in the Client time zone for any understanding & resolving any issues
Coordinate with the Clients stakeholders and gather required details, address queries/requests
Work as interface between offshore team and Client stakeholders
Understand current methodologies followed by Client and provide recommendations if any
Ensure timely Deliverables of the projects
Provide high level guidance to test leads
Leads risk management meetings for identification and quantification of risks
Owns issue resolutions, milestone tracking
Lead CD1 (Conversion Day 1) conversion testing for banking transformation, ensuring user, system, and data consolidation to the unified platform.
Own conversion test strategy and governance, coordinating client and offshore teams across impacted banking systems.
Drive cutover and post conversion validation to ensure data integrity, access controls, and business continuity.
Manage conversion risks, defects, and CD1 (Conversion Day 1) go live readiness.
Leverage test automation to accelerate regression, validate critical conversion scenarios, and improve CD1 stabilization efficiency.
