Position: SAP BRIM Test Lead – Functional & Integration Testing

Job Description Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Test Lead to drive and support testing activities across SAP BRIM modules including Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), and Convergent Invoicing (CI).
The role will focus on leading and executing functional, integration, and regression testing to validate subscription billing processes and end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) workflows.
The Test Lead will collaborate closely with SAP functional consultants, developers, business stakeholders, and QA teams to ensure accurate validation of business requirements, seamless system integrations, and timely defect resolution. The role will also oversee UAT coordination, test reporting, and overall QA governance to ensure successful project delivery.
Justification
To support the implementation and enhancement of SAP BRIM solutions, a dedicated Test Lead is required to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of subscription billing and Order-to-Cash processes.
Given the complexity of subscription-based billing models and integrations with systems such as SAP S/4HANA and FI-CA, robust functional and integration testing is critical to ensure accurate pricing, billing, invoicing, and revenue processing.
This role will strengthen the QA function by driving test strategy, planning, execution oversight, and defect management, while ensuring strong coordination between business, SAP functional teams, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases with minimal risk.
