Senior Appian Consultant

Description:

Direct Hire. 100% remote.

Responsibilities:


  • Serve on a growing team focused on delivering innovative BPM solutions across an array of industries.
  • Play a key part in consulting engagements and lead Appian application implementations from design through successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex business problems using modern BPM technologies, while also working with technical teams to design and build scalable, high-impact solutions.
  • Influence solution architecture, mentor others, and contribute meaningfully to project outcomes.
  • Partner with leadership to align responsibilities, project exposure, and long-term growth.
  • Other duties as required.

Skills & Experience:


  • Bachelor s degree from a four-year college or university (Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field preferred)
  • At least 3 years of experience implementing and/or configuring Appian applications and system infrastructure
  • Comparable experience with PowerApps, Pega, Medix, Salesforce, or other BPM platforms will be considered
  • Strong ability to analyze, design, develop, and implement complex BPM solutions, including business rules, design specifications and wireframes, data structures, and process and integration requirements
  • Experience leading requirements-gathering workshops and facilitating stakeholder meetings
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with familiarity across standard artifacts and ceremonies
  • Solid understanding of data management concepts (integration, quality, governance, architecture)
  • Proven ability to work directly with product owners, clients, and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements
  • Comfortable navigating team dynamics and collaborating across functional groups
  • Experience working on small- to mid-sized teams delivering complex projects
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage expectations, meet deadlines, and operate effectively with limited supervision
  • Willingness to support proposal development and business development efforts when needed
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments
  • Consulting experience (including Big 4 ) and/or product management experience is a plus
