About the Job- We are looking for an experienced O9 Configuration Lead to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, SQL, SAP / ERP, o9 along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.

• Constraints: capacity, material, lead time
• Objective functions, netting & prioritization logic
• Demand workflows, alerts & exception handling
• SAP / ERP integrations
• Strong debugging & troubleshooting
• SQL

Functional Expertise:

• Candidate should understand:
• Demand Forecasting & Demand Sensing
• Forecast Consumption & Demand Prioritization
• Supply Network Planning
• Production & Distribution Planning
• Inventory Optimization
• Capacity Planning
• Supply Network Design
• Multi-echelon planning
• Demand/Supply matching and allocation
• Bottleneck & constraint management
• Forecast metrics such as MAPE and Bias
• Demand hierarchy & segmentation

Preferred:

• Python
• Statistical & ML-based forecasting
• Experience leading complete o9 implementations from solution design → configuration → deployment → hypercare
• UAT and business stakeholder management
• Team mentoring / configuration leadership
