Job Title: O9 Configuration Lead

Experience:

5+ years of overall experience, with strong hands-on experience in O9 Solutions implementation and configuration.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced o9 Configuration Lead to lead the configuration and development of planning solutions on the o9 Digital Brain platform. The individual will work closely with business stakeholders, functional architects, and Technical teams to configure scalable planning models and ensure successful delivery across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration and development of o9 planning solutions based on approved business requirements and solution design.
• Translate functional requirements into o9 configuration, planning models, workflows, dashboards, and user experiences.
• Configure and maintain dimensions, hierarchies, measures, calculations, business rules, and planning logic within the o9 platform.
• Support the design and configuration of planning processes such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP, and related use cases, based on project requirements.
• Work closely with the Functional Architect to ensure the configured solution aligns with the agreed solution blueprint.
• Collaborate with Technical Consultants on data integration, data models, APIs, and system interfaces.
• Lead configuration activities within assigned workstreams and provide technical and functional guidance to junior team members.
• Participate in solution design workshops, configuration reviews, Show & Tell sessions, SIT, and UAT.
• Troubleshoot configuration and model-related issues and support root cause analysis and defect resolution.
• Ensure configurations are developed following o9 best practices, performance considerations, and project standards.
• Prepare and maintain relevant configuration documentation, deployment packages, and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Support solution deployment, go-live activities, and post-production stabilization. Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, enterprise planning, or planning technology implementations.
• Significant hands-on experience working with the o9 Digital Brain platform.
• Strong understanding of o9 configuration concepts, planning models, dimensions, hierarchies, measures, and calculations.
• Experience working on at least one or more planning domains such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP/IBP, or Integrated Business Planning.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into configured planning solutions.
• Good understanding of data structures, master data, transactional data, and planning data.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
