About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) to support the Information Security GRC team. This role will play a key part in expanding the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program and supporting enterprise-wide security governance initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), risk and compliance processes, and business analysis within information security programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to document requirements, evaluate risk, track remediation, and ensure alignment with information security policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for small and large security initiatives
Translate complex IAM concepts into clear, business-friendly documentation
IAM & IGA Program Support
Support implementation and enhancement of enterprise-scale IGA solutions
Document use cases, workflows, and business rules for IAM processes
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users
Support IAM lifecycle processes including Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML), access requests, approvals, access reviews, recertifications, and role management
Governance, Risk & Compliance
Support risk assessments, findings management, and remediation tracking
Ensure IAM solutions align with security policies, regulatory, and legal requirements
Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and integration issues, and recommend solutions
Project & Stakeholder Support
Partner with InfoSec project teams and external vendors to deliver requirements and data analysis
Support system implementations, enhancements, and end-user readiness activities
Assist with documentation, training, and change management efforts
Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technology partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience in business analysis, GRC, risk assessments, or IT systems implementation
3+ years of IAM experience with enterprise IGA platforms, PAM, or access management solutions (preferred)
Experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects
Strong understanding of GRC, information security, IT, and business processes
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and levels of the organization
