PC Technician

Description

We are looking for a skilled PC Technician to join our team on a contract basis, based in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and related systems, ensuring smooth operations and resolving issues efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is experienced with a range of devices and technologies.

Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
Provide support for cable installation and network connectivity as needed.
Perform maintenance and repairs on Dell and Apple devices to keep systems operational.
Assist with hardware deployment, including delivery and setup of new equipment.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to associated hardware and peripherals.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project delivery and support.
Follow company guidelines for business casual attire and maintain a detail-oriented approach.
Document all technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
Support strike and delivery operations as per project timelines.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, including parking expense reimbursements.

Requirements

Proven experience in installing and maintaining computer hardware and software.
Strong knowledge of cable installation and network connectivity.
Familiarity with Dell Technologies and Apple devices.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair associated hardware effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
Ability to adhere to project timelines and work in a structured environment.
