Pay Range: $17 - $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- This role ensures data accuracy, assists with invoice delivery, and performs routine reconciliations to support revenue integrity.
- Generate and distribute recurring and one-time telecom service invoices.
- Validate billing data using internal systems and spreadsheets.
- Respond to basic customer billing inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain customer records and ensure correct billing setup and account mapping.
- Support monthly billing close processes and audit readiness.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: BILLING ,INVOICES ,SPREADSHEETS
- HYBRID POSITION - MUST RESIDE WITHIN FOOTPRINT
- Not limited to work a certain timezone
