Business Analyst - 10 Years exp required

you will act as a liaison between IS and other divisional stakeholders to maintain, enhance or integrate firm systems and data by proactively identifying
enterprise technology opportunities or serving on a formal project team in support of new systems and data. Your role involves translating complex business requirements into actionable specifications for data and development teams.
Responsibilities:
Deep understanding of how enterprise systems interact with one another and impact firm operations and initiatives.
Map data structures and elements to business processes, ensuring accurate documentation of data usage.
Designing and implementing functional systems and data in a structured process.
Create and maintain business process models, data flow diagrams, prototypes, business requirements, use cases, and test cases.
Analyze the lifecycle of financial transactions (e.g., checks, wires, ACH), tracking data generation, transformation, and consumption.
Gain proficiency in data ingestion tools (e.g., Qlik Replicate) and streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka).
Execute and present written and verbal business systems impact analysis resulting in identification of systematic solution with high impact.
Assist in enforcement of Business Systems Analyst principles and practices within the team.
Role Requirements :
Minimum 3 years of experience designing and implementing functional systems and structured data processes.
Bachelor’s degree required; emphasis in Computer Science or MIS preferred (or equivalent work experience).

Expert in Microsoft Office tools to provide working system prototypes and learn evolving firm reporting technology platforms (Tableau, BI tools).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with financial transactions (e.g., ACH, wires, checks) is a plus.
