Required Qualifications
• Senior-level experience in infrastructure, platform, cloud, or enterprise architecture
• Strong experience designing Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform and Ansible
• Experience with ServiceNow, including Service Catalog, Flow Designer, CMDB, Change Management, and workflow design
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, API design, event-driven architecture, and systems integration
• Experience designing CI/CD and Git/GitOps-enabled delivery models
• Experience with VM and Kubernetes infrastructure provisioning
• Strong understanding of infrastructure lifecycle automation and configuration management
• Experience integrating infrastructure platforms with monitoring and observability solutions
• Strong technical leadership and ability to translate architecture into actionable engineering direction
• Ability to communicate effectively across architects, engineers, developers, and business stakeholders
• Experience with Dynatrace or comparable enterprise observability platforms
• Experience with CMDB and DCIM integrations
• Experience designing ZTP or automated infrastructure onboarding solutions
• Experience with OAuth, identity integrations, message queues, or brokers
• Experience designing self-service private cloud or enterprise infrastructure platforms
• Experience with automated incident management and operational remediation
