YSI is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of contract performance, ensuring compliance with the PWS. The Program Manager acts as the primary point of contact for the Government regarding contract execution.
  • Manage resources, schedules, and deliverables to meet contract objectives. Lead the development and implementation of the Project Management Plan (PMP) and Transition Plans.
  • Ensure timely submission of deliverables, including monthly progress reports and SLA compliance. Coordinate with the Government Lead and COR to address emerging issues and risks.
  • Conduct regular reviews of contract performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • The Program Manager will manage 10+ team members in helpdesk and system administration functions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary teams.
  • A minimum of 5 years of direct experience managing IT support contracts or similar projects. A minimum of 10 (or 12) years PM experience alternative.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Active Secret Clearance
