Remediation Manager (Spanish Speaking)

Position - Remediation Manager

Location - Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Own and deliver the overall project plan from initiation to BAU for assigned markets (Spain/LATAM).

Ø Define and manage field testing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Ø Provide regular project updates, monthly progress reports, and escalate blockers to senior leadership as needed.

Ø Drive and support remediation efforts to meet acceptance targets:

    - 90% acceptance within 90 days

    - 95% acceptance within 6 months

Ø Transition market to BAU monitoring once remediation targets are achieved.

Ø Proactively identify merchant testing needs thorough market analysis and data insights.

Ø Maintain and regularly update merchant test lists

Ø Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders to stay aligned with market trends and project progress.

Ø Resolve business and technical issues effectively, navigating complex internal structures with strong leadership.
