Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Cloud & AI Solutions to design and deliver enterprise-grade technology solutions powered by modern cloud platforms and artificial intelligence.
This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can work directly with customers, business stakeholders, and development teams to translate business needs into scalable, production-ready solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in enterprise application development, cloud architecture, and AI/LLM integration, with a focus on delivery ownership and solution implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery of cloud and AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
- Work closely with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and design practical technical solutions.
- Architect and guide development teams in building scalable microservices-based applications.
- Design and implement AI-driven automation, agentic workflows, and LLM-based solutions.
- Develop backend services using C# / .NET Core and Python.
- Build and integrate REST APIs, cloud services, and enterprise systems.
- Drive DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments.
- Participate in architecture discussions, technical reviews, and solution workshops.
Required Experience & Skills
Technical Experience
- 12+ years of software development and architecture experience.
- Strong expertise in C# / .NET Core and backend system development.
- Proficiency in Python for automation and AI integration.
- Experience designing microservices and distributed systems.
Cloud & Platform Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including:
- Application hosting and container platforms
- Kubernetes-based deployments
- Storage and messaging services
- CI/CD pipeline automation
AI & Intelligent Automation
- Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into applications.
- Knowledge of AI workflows, prompt engineering, and intelligent automation.
- Exposure to agent-based AI systems or AI orchestration is highly desirable.
Frontend & Integration
- Experience with Angular or React.
- Understanding of modern SPA application architecture.
Soft Skills
- Strong customer-facing communication and consulting skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions with senior stakeholders.

- Ability to work in fast-paced delivery environments.
