Information Security Manager Risk & Governance

(Remote U.S. Based)

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to support enterprise security initiatives with a focus on risk management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

This role will play a key part in strengthening security frameworks, improving risk visibility, and driving alignment across technical and business teams. The ideal candidate brings a balance of security expertise, process development, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and maintain enterprise risk registers and supporting frameworks
Develop and implement risk scoring and prioritization models
Establish and improve governance processes, workflows, and reporting structures
Partner with stakeholders to drive security awareness and enablement
Support documentation, knowledge transfer, and process standardization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security initiatives with business objectives
Provide guidance on risk management best practices and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

8 years of experience with risk register design and frameworks
8 years of experience with risk scoring and prioritization models
8 years of experience with governance processes and workflows
8 years of experience working with stakeholders and enablement initiatives
8 years of demonstrated experience with documentation and knowledge transfer

Additional Details:

Location: 100% Remote (U.S. based candidates only)
Schedule: Monday Friday, standard business hours
Long-term contract engagement

Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or (no C2C or third-party arrangements)
