Description
We are looking for a skilled D365 F& O Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Colwich, Kansas. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in analyzing, optimizing, and supporting business systems with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related tools. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to system improvements and provide valuable insights to drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements and configurations.
Manage and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring optimal system performance and functionality.
Utilize Azure DevOps to track and manage development tasks, workflows, and system updates.
Leverage advanced Excel and Visio skills to perform data analysis and create detailed process mapping.
Work with Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, SharePoint Online, Power BI, and Planner to streamline workflows and reporting.
Conduct system analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Assist in the configuration and maintenance of business systems to align with organizational goals.
Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents and Configuration Management documentation.
Support financial reporting processes by integrating and optimizing ERP systems.
Provide training and guidance to users, ensuring effective utilization of system tools and features.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT systems business analysis, systems analysis, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Business Central.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for managing workflows and tasks.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, SharePoint Online, Power BI, and Planner.
Advanced skills in Excel and Visio, with the ability to analyze data and create process maps.
Knowledge of financial systems and reporting processes.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
