job summary:

We are seeking a high-caliber Strategic AI Transformation Lead to bridge the gap between executive vision and technical execution. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leadership, helping them navigate the complexities of Artificial Intelligence. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact AI initiatives-from initial opportunity mapping and use-case validation to the delivery of decision-ready prototypes and strategic roadmaps.

responsibilities:

• Executive Advisory & Scoping: Lead structured discovery sessions with senior executives to identify business challenges, map AI-applicable workflows, and prioritize a portfolio of high-value use cases.
• Solution Alignment: Translate complex business problems into actionable technical requirements, ensuring AI solutions are grounded in real-world operational context and strategic goals.
• Sprint Facilitation: Manage the iterative development process, hosting regular feedback loops to ensure technical builds remain aligned with original business objectives.
• Technical Translation: Serve as the primary liaison between executive stakeholders and technical teams, translating high-level feedback into functional direction for developers and engineers.
• Strategic Coaching: Prepare and coach senior leaders for high-stakes presentations and demonstrations, focusing on narrative structure, AI credibility, and executive Q&A.
• Market Analysis & Governance: Conduct "build-vs-buy" syntheses and vendor evaluations. Lead the development of critical project documentation, including ROI analyses and risk/governance frameworks.
• Program Management: Synthesize workstreams into cohesive executive deliverables, ensuring all outputs meet institutional standards for leadership and board-level review.

qualifications:

- Executive Presence: Extensive experience engaging directly with C-suite and SVP-level stakeholders, with a proven ability to influence and guide senior leadership.

- AI Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding of applied AI (LLMs, Machine Learning, and Enterprise Platforms) with the ability to articulate technical limitations and possibilities clearly.

- Advanced Facilitation: Exceptional skills in leading ambiguous discovery conversations and distilling them into structured, actionable project scopes.

- Technical Literacy: Comfortable operating live software prototypes during high-pressure demonstrations and managing technical troubleshooting in real-time.

- Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in build-vs-buy analysis, product requirement documentation (PRD), and the design of Proof of Concepts (POCs).

- Strategic Communication: Master-level written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on storytelling, executive coaching, and synthesizing complex data into status reports.

- Governance Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise AI risk assessment, governance frameworks, and compliance processes.
