We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to spearhead the development of full-stack AI prototypes within our innovation lab. You will own the end-to-end technical execution of high-priority AI initiatives, transforming abstract business requirements into functional, demo-ready applications. This is a high-velocity, delivery-focused role where you will architect, build, and iterate on AI solutions within a sandboxed environment to prove technical feasibility and business value.

responsibilities:

• End-to-End Development: Architect and build 1-2 full-stack AI prototypes per cycle, owning every layer of the stack including data ingestion, AI pipeline design, back-end logic, and front-end interfaces.
• Rapid Iteration: Translate executive vision into scoped technical architectures. Manage trade-offs within accelerated development cycles, moving from initial scoping to a finished hand-off within a fixed timeframe.
• AI Pipeline Engineering: Design and implement sophisticated pipelines using LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, and multi-step agentic workflows.
• Integration & Automation: Utilize workflow orchestration platforms and cloud-native services to connect prototypes with enterprise data sources and third-party APIs.
• Executive Technical Liaison: Communicate directly with non-technical executive partners to translate architectural decisions into business impact and refine requirements in real-time.
• Production Readiness Assessment: Evaluate the "production gap" by documenting what is required to move a sandbox prototype into a scalable, secure, and governed enterprise environment.
• Knowledge Transfer: Create comprehensive technical documentation and hand-off packages to ensure engineering teams can seamlessly transition the prototype into full-scale production.

qualifications:

- Full-Stack AI Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to build complete solutions independently across data, API, and UI layers.

- Advanced LLM Orchestration: Hands-on experience with function calling, structured output handling, and complex AI agent workflows.

- Rapid Prototyping Tools: Proficiency with AI-native application builders and low-code/no-code orchestration platforms for fast-paced front-end and back-end assembly.

- Cloud Infrastructure: Experience deploying services within cloud sandbox environments (e.g., AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), including managed AI services and serverless functions.

- API Mastery: Strong fluency in RESTful services, webhooks, and modern authentication patterns (OAuth/API keys).

- Adaptive Learning: Proven ability to rapidly evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools and frameworks as the technology landscape evolves.
