Key Responsibilities
Design and implement API-based integrations between various enterprise systems.
Develop and maintain workflows for real-time event processing and automation.
Engineer and optimize data flows for monitoring pipelines to ensure reliability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and deliver solutions.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration architectures and operational procedures.

Qualifications
Strong engineering background with experience in API design and integration.
Proficiency in event streaming technologies and observability tools.
Advanced scripting skills in programming and scripting languages.
Understanding of ITSM processes and related platforms.
Ability to work independently and deliver complex integration solutions.
