Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Epic Cheers Call Management Consultant to configure and implement a new Epic contact center hub for a healthcare organization. The consultant will independently handle hands-on build activities, develop specialty-specific patient service workflows, and coordinate implementation toward a targeted December 1 go-live.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Epic Cheers Call Management certification - mandatory.

  • Direct, hands-on experience configuring and building Epic Cheers Call Management functionality.

  • Experience implementing Epic Cheers in healthcare call center or contact center environments.

  • Proven ability to build new Epic workflows, features, and capabilities from business requirements.

  • Experience with patient scheduling, call handling, and contact center workflows.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with Epic analysts, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

  • Experience supporting testing, deployment, and go-live activities.

  • Strong project coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to start immediately and deliver within a tight implementation timeline.
