About the Role
Were looking for a hands-on Project Manager to join our Business Transformation teamsomeone whos not just tracking timelines but actively jumping in to solve problems, remove blockers, and keep teams moving forward. If you enjoy digging into the details, working closely with teams across different departments, and helping shape how projects run from the ground up, this is a great fit.
Youll support and lead projects related to operations, finance, IT, HR, and moreacross both our corporate HQ and subsidiaries. Projects might include ERP upgrades, M&A transitions, and company-wide process improvements. You'll need to be comfortable asking tough questions, navigating technical discussions, and collaborating across functions to keep initiatives on track.

What You'll Do
  • Manage cross-functional projects from kickoff through delivery
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and troubleshoot delays
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and action items
  • Keep leadership updated with clear, regular project status reports
  • Support change management efforts and team collaboration
  • Help build tools, templates, and standards for project execution


What We're Looking For
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
  • ~5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding systems/tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward action
  • Clear communicator who can collaborate across departments
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, change management, or M&A
