Summary

We are looking for a senior Data Strategy Consulting Lead to help healthcare payer and provider clients build the data foundations required for AI at scale. This is a client-facing leadership role sitting at the intersection of data engineering, governance, and AI readiness — working directly with CDO, CIO, and CTO-level stakeholders to turn fragmented healthcare data estates into governed, AI-ready platforms.

15+ years in enterprise data and analytics, with at least 5 years in a client-facing consulting or advisory capacity

Deep experience in healthcare data domains — claims (837/835), member eligibility, clinical (FHIR/HL7), and provider data

Hands-on fluency with modern data platforms: Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Lake, or equivalent

Demonstrated experience designing governance frameworks and MDM programs in regulated environments

Ability to operate credibly at the executive level — translating data architecture into business outcomes — and at the delivery level — reviewing pipeline design and data models

Experience with AI/ML data requirements: feature stores, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and training data curation
