🔎 Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead to architect, design, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, and enterprise-level architecture, along with strong leadership and mentoring skills.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and development
Architect scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Develop complex customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
Design and implement enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, etc.)
Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and governance
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and product teams
Handle data migration, security architecture, and performance optimization
Lead CI/CD implementation and DevOps processes
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues

🧠 Required Skills

Expert in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs
Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture & design patterns
Hands-on experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, etc.)
Experience in event-driven architecture and platform events
Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules)
Experience with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, etc.)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SAFe frameworks

🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
12+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years in Salesforce

🏅 Certifications (Highly Preferred / Required)

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Mandatory)
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
Salesforce Certified Application Architect
Salesforce Certified System Architect
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – Highly Preferred
Salesforce Administrator
