Genesis10 is currently seeking a Programmer Analyst I for a contract position located in Menasha, WI.
Compensation Range: $30.00 - 40.00 per hour, W2, depending on skill and experience level. This role involves delivering modern technology solutions and implementing best practices for key stakeholders across a leading technology company. The Digital Analyst I will be responsible for software development, product releases, risk and issue management, and the execution of small technical or business improvement projects. The ideal candidate will support business partners, project managers, and Scrum Masters, demonstrating strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
Responsibilities: - Be the catalyst that enables platforms and technologies to deliver customer outcomes that support sustainability and resiliency, as well as optimal financial and operational performance
- Develop solutions within specific SaaS applications such as; Workday, Salesforce, and ServiceNow
- Cloud application and infrastructure planning, testing and development
- Develop and monitor core application KPI's in Dynatrace to drive continuous improvement in customer experiences
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Design, develop, and support web, IoT, and mobile application types using multiple technology stacks
- Coach, mentor and motivate project team members and contractors
- Ensure that application development, integrations, and DevSecOps best practices are adhered to and ensure lessons learned are documented and followed
- Maintain a focus on UI/UX in conjunction with the business and other stakeholders
Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience
- 0-1+ years relevant work experience in a technology field
- Knowledge with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
- A basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test automation
- Experience in one or more modern development languages such as C#, Javascript, Golang, Java, Python, or other
- A basic understanding of application monitoring
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, HTTP, LAN/WAN, wireless, and routing
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
Desired skills: - Experience with Workday, Salesforce, and/or ServiceNow
- Machine learning and artificial intelligence experience
