Description:

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12+ years of experience.
• Must have Experience in Healthcare Payer domain expertise (Claims, Membership, Eligibility, Provider, Care Management), Jira Align, Appian Workflow and Azure DevOps
• You should be a Product Owner / Business Analyst experience in Agile environments.
• Must have a User Story creation, backlog refinement, PI Planning, and stakeholder management.
• You should have Partner with business stakeholders to define product vision, objectives, and business outcomes.
• Must Own and maintain features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira Align and Azure DevOps.
• You should Support roadmap planning, PI Planning, sprint planning, release planning, and sprint reviews.
• Must Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Developers, QA teams, and SMEs to ensure successful delivery.
• Good Experience in Requirement elaboration & analysis – Break epics/features into detailed user stories, edge cases, data flows, and technical acceptance criteria developers can design and build against.
• Workshops & questionnaire-led discovery – Run As-Is/To-Be workshops, prepare questionnaires in advance, capture minutes, and close gaps while optimizing SME engagement.
• Story drafting & Definition of Ready – Own drafting standards, create granular stories with Given/When/Then acceptance criteria, and conduct first-pass reviews before Product Owner approval.
• Refinement, backlog hygiene & PI planning – Facilitate refinement sessions, maintain estimation readiness, dependency mapping, and sequencing. Accountable for completing stories/features within each iteration and escalating risks to Product.
